We all took part in two minutes of silence to remember those affected by the second world war. Then we had a relaxed lunch on the driveway to celebrate V E day. We didn't take any photos of that.

Today we pitched the new tent:
Our garden is tiny and needs a lot of work. Our new tent is the perfect size for a mini break 😁
Later we'll be watching the V E services on TV (e.g. Churchill's speech from 75 years ago, and later on the Queen's speech), having a barbecue in the back garden for our tea, then having fun in the tent!
