Thursday - week 8 of lockdown

This morning we went on an adventure. Nye and Nia had a run around in the sunshine:

We spotted a duck swimming:

We saw loads of tadpoles, heard birds tweeting, saw the water ripple when the fish moved.

Nye explained to us how the lock worked at the canal:

When we got home we watched an episode of BBC Bitesize. Nye wanted to try the age 11-12 one first. He understood it but said it wasn't as much fun as the primary school version:

Then we watched the next 9-11 years one following on from yesterday:

Nia's turn next:

Nia built a blanket fort. Nye chatted to his friend while they played Minecraft together.
