This morning we're doing some spring workbooks Mum downloaded from Twinkl. Nye is helping Nia a lot with hers, which is lovely. Bonus points for cooperation!

We did some labelling activities and made a paper volcano cross-section.
We even found some YouTube videos about volcanoes along The Ring of Fire.
Nye likes his routine. Tuesday is always Lego Club at lunchtime 😀
Now a bit more learning for Nye, finding the 'Ring of Fire' volcanoes on his globe, before our fun experiment this afternoon.
...And the experiment was a hit! 😁🌋
We mixed malt vinegar with bicarbonate of soda to make carbon dioxide gas... and a mess, just like a real volcano.
In fact, they enjoyed it so much we watched the volcano eruption several times 😎
That is school done for today. We've had a lot of fun but we're all ready for some chill time!
